Inspired by the rich traditions of his homeland and the quality of local Bavarian ingredients, he opened ÓI fRA – a small cheese-making shop with a big dream: to craft the finest fresh cheese like Mozzarella, Stracciatella, and Burrata for those who truly appreciate exceptional taste.
